Artist Spotlight: Elementary Christmas tree

Every year, it is an elementary art class tradition that each grade makes a different ornament and gets to place their ornament on the Christmas tree. Our art classes have been learning many different art techniques this year and were able to apply them to their class's ornament design. Kindergarten made popsicle stick snowflakes, 1st grade made cinnamon dough hearts, 2nd grade made pine cone Christmas trees, 3rd grade made textured clay stars, 4th grade made "God's eye" ornaments out of yarn, and 5th grade made mod podge fabric ornaments!
